We hope you love your hat. If somehow you still want to make a return, please note that we do not do exchanges but only refunds, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be;
- In the same condition as you received it
- Unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- The return slip must be inside your return package

DAMAGES & PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right: info@bingindiaries.com
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, whether or not your refund has been approved.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
