General Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales of products made by the company Bingin Diaries (hereinafter "the company") on its website https://bingindiaries.com (hereinafter "the site"). By placing an order on the site, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are hats and fashion accessories (hereinafter "the products"). The essential characteristics of the products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred in this presentation, the company cannot be held liable.
3. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
4. Order
The customer places his order online on the site. The validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The company will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email. The sale will only be considered final after this email has been sent.
5. Payment
Payment for purchases is made by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. The company uses an online payment security system to effectively protect all sensitive data related to means of payment.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. 7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The customer must return the products in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) at his own expense. The company will reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products.
8. Warranty
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the customer to return the products delivered defective or non-compliant. Any complaint must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the products.
9. Liability
The company cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The company cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including a breakdown in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
10. Personal data
